We are committed to providing honest, accurate, and up-to-date information on all our products and services.

We manage your personal information in an open and transparent way.Louis and Phoebe will only use your personal information when it is necessary for us to deliver you a service or perform other necessary business functions and activities.

Louis and Phoebe will not use or disclose your personal information for purposes unrelated to our business activities and the services we provide, unless we first obtain your consent.

Return Policy

Louis and Phoebe exist for one purpose: to enrich the lives of pet owners.
We make every effort to ensure that we have the best quality products in our range from New Zealand and overseas.

This policy has been established to give you the comfort of knowing that, if any product you purchase online from Louis and Phoebe and a product is found to be defective, or it does not meet your expectations, Louis and Phoebe will happily repair or replace the product or offer you a refund or credit. This Policy includes the rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (see below) and provides you with benefits in addition to those rights because your satisfaction is very important to us.

If you buy a product and you have purchased the wrong size, please contact us first and return the product and we will happily send you the correct size.​  The customer however is responsible for the postage of returning the product and sending a new one out.

Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a product you have purchased from us, you can return that product to us within a reasonable timeframe of 2 weeks and the packaging must be as received with packaging intact in its original condition in a re-saleable condition since purchased. We will happily replace or repair within a reasonable timeframe, or give a refund for the original purchase price of that product.

For example, any product that has been personalized, e.g. an identification tag that has been engraved, will not be accepted as a return unless it is faulty.


Ruff Dawg Lifetime Guarantee

If you need to return a Ruff Dawg toy please email us a clear image of the toy with a description so we are able to replace it.
